WEICON Zinc Spray 400 ml
APPLICATION: WEICON Zinc Spray can be used as a high-quality rust protection primer, for example, for coating welding and drilling locations, as a conductive intermediate layer during spot welding and wherever metal must be protected against corrosion. In addition to industrial applications, WEICON Corrosion Protection is also suitable as a primer | primer | sealant | adhesive primer | underbody protection | protective varnish for e.g. cars | exhaust | gutters | fences, etc.
FEATURES: WEICON Zinc Spray is T V-tested and provides permanent cathodic corrosion protection for all metal surfaces. It forms a fast-drying, firmly adhering protective layer of microfine zinc flakes.

QUALITY: 100% German Quality - In the salt spray test according to DIN 53167 and DIN 50021, metal parts coated with WEICON Zinc Spray showed no corrosion even after more than 1050 hours. The zinc flakes form a resistant protective layer even against extreme weather and environmental influences. As a result, WEICON Zinc Spray meets higher requirements than required by DIN EN ISO 1461.
SURFACE PRE-TREATMENT: Clean and dry metal surfaces are a prerequisite for perfect application of WEICON Zinc Primer. WEICON Surface Cleaner is suitable for cleaning and degreasing.
