The Zenker Excellence Series is made from glass fibre reinforced silicone which offers many exciting advantages. Thanks to the specialised material and optimum heat distribution, baked goods remain especially crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The thin material layer reaches baking temperature more quickly and cools down faster after baking, saving energy and time. The edge is made of a specialised plastic that is highly resistant to heat and ensures the cake mould has good stability and allows for easy carrying, unlike traditional silicone baking moulds. The moulds are heat-resistant up to 200°C. The material is especially durable and can be cleaned easily in the dishwasher.
