Box operating system can not be updated. Some preloaded apps can not be updated from the play store as well but will not affect how it runs. Instruction in box on how to update apps.

-Please note if an app can not be downloaded it is not because the tv box is defected but it is because the app developer has developed the app in a way to be not compatible with this tv box.

-If you factory default set this box, all apps will get deleted. As we preloaded this software for you.

-Standard remote is slow and has a weak signal. Best to buy an after market keyboard, just click on our store name and if we have stock the listing will appear.

-This is an entry level tv box so it WILL NOT be super fast it ONLY has a 1GB ram which is the base line level and will only support limited apps.
