Should you receive a product that is defective in any way, please inform us within 72 hours of receipt. If possible, please provide us with a photograph of the fault or damage. We will arrange for the item to be returned to us, where our QC will examine the item to determine the source of the fault or damage. If the item is deemed to be faulty or damaged as a result of a manufacturing fault we will replace the item (stock dependant) or issue you with a full refund.  If the item is not damaged as a result of a manufacturing fault we will return the item to you and you will be liable for all additional delivery costs.

If the products have become dull, slightly scratched, or have been put in the dishwasher, there are a number of ways to restore your Carrol Boyes product to its former shine. Our repolishing division is based at our Head Office in Cape Town, South Africa.  Repolishing your Carrol Boyes piece will make it look almost as good as the day you purchased it.  Our current repolishing charge per item is nominal.  You can also purchase cream from us to polish your products at home and keep them looking new.
