Easy assembly and winter storage:
The assembly and disassembly of this trampoline does not require any screws or tools. The parts connect to each other, thus guaranteeing its solidity and ease of installation and wintering.
The net poles fold down without tools in a few seconds in order to install our protective cover sold separately in a few seconds and reduce wind resistance by almost 50%. (wind tunnel test).
Our adult tester couples took up to 40 minutes to assemble the trampoline.

Safety in use:
The safety of our young users guides the design of our products.
– Polyethylene safety net stretched and equipped with an entrance airlock which ensures that the jumping area is always closed and secure.
– The net masts are away from the jumping area and surrounded by embossed protective foam.
– For added safety, the design of the net prevents access to the springs when on the jumping mat.
– 30 cm wide and 20 mm thick spring protection pad.

Safety of materials:
All our trampolines not only comply with the Trampoline EN 71-14 standard and toy standards, but are also subject to numerous additional tests by accredited external laboratories, to ensure that they do not present a risk to the health of our little users (Chrome 6, Phthalate, Formamide, bisphenol A, S).

Resistance of metallic parts:
Our materials are robust.
– All the tubes of the structure, guaranteed for 5 years, comply with ISO 8493 and ISO 8492 standards to ensure the stability of their resistance. In hot-dip galvanized steel, they offer excellent resistance to corrosion.
– All the 24 mm diameter springs and 29 spirals are made of steel treated against corrosion by electro-galvanizing. They offer a rigidity of 4N/mm. They undergo in the laboratory, 45,000 extension cycles from 15 to 95 mm without breakage or failure.

Resistance of flexible parts:
– The jumping canvas is made of UV-resistant polypropylene (material used for sailboat ropes)
– The protective net made of UV-resistant polyethylene supports tractions that go well beyond the standard conditions of use.
– The protective foams of the masts are embossed with a cross weave for greater resistance over time.

Stability:
The 3 W-shaped feet with 2 contact points ensure optimum stability.
Stability is tested in use and in the laboratory in strict compliance with the EN71-14 standard to guarantee a user load of 100 kg in dynamics and a deflection of the jumping mat of 500 kg in statics.
It is strongly recommended to ballast the trampoline to ensure its stability in strong winds.

Rebound quality:
The 48 springs with 29 spirals of 24 mm in diameter and 141 mm in length have a tensile force of 57N. Combined with the 195 cm diameter jumping mat, they offer excellent rebound quality and jumping comfort thanks to its progressive absorption.
They are adapted to suit a wide range of jumper weights, especially the lightest, in order to guarantee them excellent comfort, while offering very high resistance for the heaviest among us.

Why A 100KG user, when the competition can offer some for 150KG people?
The majority of jumpers weigh between 20 and 50 kg (6 to 12 years old)…
We know that adults also love to jump. So we designed a product with a very high resistance (500 kg static), BUT WHICH IS GOOD FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN.
Why 100 and not 150 kg? Because at 150 kg, to pass the resistance standard (750 kg) it requires the use of springs that are too rigid which harden the canvas and harm the consolidation of the joints of those under 40 kg with each jump

Repairability:
100% of the trampoline components are available as spare parts and for 10 years after the date of the last copy sold.
Each spare part is accompanied by a tutorial to easily replace it yourself.

Recommendations:
The masts and the safety net are safety devices, it is essential to check that they are still in their initial condition each time they are used, in particular that the flaps of the entrance airlock are still correctly positioned on top of each other or that none of the masts in the structure have been damaged or bent. If this is the case, contact our after-sales service team.
The jumper is strongly advised to practice with socks that have silicone pads to prevent slipping.

Restrictions:
– This model is intended for outdoor use only.
– By standard, this trampoline is prohibited for children under 3 years old. And beyond this age, authorized under parental supervision.
– Only one jumper at a time is stipulated by the standard to avoid the risk of collisions and injuries.
