Silver & Gold RO Filter Set – 12 Monthly

This Filter Set consists of the bottom 3 filters of the upgraded Reverse Osmosis (RO) System plus the (t33) Taste & Odour filter that follows the membrane and the Mineral Injector.

The average lifespan of these filters are 12 months but we have seen from 3 month to 24 months on South African municipal supplies.

This filter set can handle a lot more bacteria than normal filters.

If you are using one of these systems on borehole filters this set is a must.

The Premium KDF is a mixture of KDF 55 and granular activated carbon.

The KDF kills bacteria and reduces heavy metals by means of a reduction reaction; this allows the filter a much longer lifespan before bacteria starts to grow in the filter.

This is then followed by an Ceramic Water Filter has replaced the Ultra Filtration Membrane as it dramatically reduces flush times making the system quicker to install and easier to maintain; it is a physical barrier with physical pores small enough to block bacteria.

This upgrades a standard RO system to a double barrier system that can operate in moderately contaminated water.
