Omega-3 Fish Oil is a High Potency Essential Fatty Acid supplement consisting of an 18:12 ratio of EPA and DHA in the Triglyceride (TG) form.
These are Fatty Acids known to support heart, nervous system, and eye health.
Essential Fatty Acids are made up of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) which are both long-chain Fatty Acids that have been shown to provide a number of health benefits.
