Holistix GABA 500mg 60 caps

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (gaba) is an amino acid produced in the brain. Large amounts of gaba are found in the hypothalamus, which typically have relaxing, anti-anxiety and anti-convulsive effects. Gaba may help the body release hgh, or human growth hormone (especially after exercise), and this may contribute to a leaner body composition. Hgh plays a role in metabolizing fat in our bodies; levels of hgh also decrease as we age, so weight management may be tougher as we grow older.

Suggested usage:
1 to 3 capsules per day.

Each capsule contains:
Gaba 500 mg

If you suffer from high blood pressure, use gaba under the supervision of your health care practitioner. If you are taking sedatives, avoid using gaba. Pregnant & breast feeding women should avoid using this product. Discontinue the use of this product where there is sensitivity towards any of the ingredients. High doses of gaba have been known to cause tingling sensations in the face and scalp – reduce the dose immediately.
