The DRS-NV (Digital Rifle Sight-Night Vision) is a red dot and digital night vision fusion sight that combines Holosun’s red dot sight technology with digital night vision capability

DRS-NV features an LED MRS (Multi-Reticle System) with three digital reticle options, 1024×768 resolution digital night vision sensor with up to 60fps, 8x digital zoom, digital image and video recording with onboard storage. The DRS is powered by two 18350 rechargeable flat-top batteries. An onboard magnetic coupler connects DRS to USB power for charging the batteries or to a PC for downloading of recorded images and video

DRS-NV units amplify light to improve low-light visibility. Moonlight and starlight provide sufficient lighting in most cases, however, during periods when cloud cover blocks moonlight and starlight, an external infrared (IR) illumination source is needed. Holosun recommends one of our laser devices with IR Illumination such as the LE321, or LS321. Verify your local and/or state laws before attaching an IR illumination device to a firearm with a night vision device

Shake Awake:
Shake Awake Technology is a standard feature on all current model Holosun optics and serves to extend battery life by deactivating the optic’s LED while not in use. A highly sensitive motion sensor works to detect motion keeping the LED powered on during use. This allows for duty or concealed carry with seamless operation throughout your day or shift. At the end of your day or shift when your firearm is stored, the motion sensor will detect a motionlessness state and after 10 minutes (default setting) Shake Awake Technology powers the LED off until motion is again detected. Shake Awake offers settings from 10 minutes to 12 hours depending on the model and can be deactivated altogether if preferred. The slightest touch of the optic instantly reactivates the LED so your Holosun optic is ready when needed
