The Kingfisher Mayfly 560 Fly Reel is outstanding value for your money! This 5/6 size reel incorporates all the best features of reels costing much more. From the rapid retrieve large-arbour design and rugged disc drag to the one-way bearing that makes it easy to switch from left to right-hand winding, this reel has plenty to offer. The reel features a quick-release spool and the construction of the reel is very durable.

The Mayfly fly reel is spooled with 40m (50 yards) of 20lb backing, a weight-forward 5 weight intermediate fly line and a 9’ (7lb) 3X tapered leader.

This size fly reel and the line are designed to match a 5 weight fly rod. The olive coloured intermediate line is blends in well with the surrounding environment, is supple, has a slow sink rate and casts like a dream.
