Klingshield's New Weather Resistant Convex Safety Mirrors: Enhancing Safety and Security Indoors and Outdoors.
When it comes to safety, surveillance, and security, compromise is not an option. Klingshield understands the critical importance of these factors and has meticulously designed a new collection of convex mirrors that provide functionality, optimum visibility, and clarity.
Klingshield's convex mirrors, also known as traffic convex mirrors or safety mirrors, are specially designed to improve safety and visibility on roads.
With their convex shape, these mirrors offer a wider field of vision, enabling drivers to detect objects, vehicles, or pedestrians around blind corners, curves, and intersections that might be hidden from view.
Extremely durable weather-proof convex mirrors
Suitable for road and pedestrian traffic applications, distribution depots and parking areas.
Unbreakable polycarbonate face.
All of these mirrors come complete with both wall mount brackets.
Weather proof.
High visibility orange frame and visor.
Comes complete with wall mount and post mount brackets.
They are typically installed at critical points such as road junctions, construction sites, parking lots, or narrow streets to supplement existing traffic control devices and prevent accidents, especially at locations where visibility is compromised.
Klingshield Convex Mirrors are manufactured to withstand severe impact and are virtually shatterproof.
The high impact material secures durability and is suitable for areas that are prone to vandalism.
Klingshield Convex Mirrors is more reflective than glass and is not affected by ultra-violet light.
Manufacturing information :
. Material Selection: Klingshield chooses high-quality, shatterproof acrylic or polycarbonate materials to ensure durability and weather resistance.
. Mould Preparation: Moulds are meticulously designed to achieve the desired curvature and dimensions of the convex mirror while providing accurate reflection.
. Injection Moulding: The selected material is heated to a molten state and injected into the prepared mold, taking the shape of the mold and then cooling and solidifying.
. Cooling and Ejection: The material is allowed to cool and harden within the mould, following a specific cooling cycle. Once solidified, the mirror is ejected from the mould.
. Edge Trimming: The edges of the mirror are carefully trimmed and smoothed to achieve a clean, finished appearance, eliminating any rough edges or imperfections.
. Reflective Coating: A high-quality reflective coating, typically made of aluminium or a combination of reflective materials, is applied to the concave side of the mirror to ensure good visibility and reflectivity.
. Mounting and Packaging: Suitable mounting hardware, such as brackets or clamps, is attached to the mirror frame for easy installation on a pole or wall.
The mirror is then adequately packaged for transportation and protection.
