How to use:
Step 1
Kneel on the ground and wedge the back end of the back stretcher against your knees.
Hold both ends of the back stretcher, then lift it up firmly and place it in the arch level that you desire.

Step 2
Place the back stretcher behind you in the area that you want to stretch. You can place it in your lower back, mid-back, or upper-back.

Step 3
After the back stretcher is placed in the appropriate position, lay your back down on it and slowly exhale while slightly contracting your core.
