Peruzzo Cross Bar Converter Bike Frame Adapter

The Peruzzo Crossbar Converter is a telescopic adjustable bar that will allow bicycles without a suitable top tube to be carried on a cycle carrier. The bar is attached to the bicycle stem and seat post.
