To Make Gel

Put 40 g of sea moss into a bowl and wash thoroughly until all the salt in removed. Soak Overnight, rinse and add to a blender with approx 250g water and blend until a smooth gel. Add or reduce water to get desired consistency. Keep refrigerated. Take 1-2 TBS per day. Some lemon juice may be added if preferred but it has a very mild sea like taste.

30 g will make approx 500ml of Gel.
