How does it work?

The Shua Rope Functional Trainer is a 3-in-1 trainer:

Upper unit with adjustable in several positions with a pair of rotating handles, lower unit with rotating handles, rope trainer with the ability to change resistance, 12 levels of magnetic resistance. The upper arms are adjustable in 11 positions, allowing for arm and upper body workouts. In the lower part of the simulator there are two ropes with rotating handles. The cable station has 12 levels of air resistance, allowing for high intensity and strength training. The seat has a folding mechanism that allows you to train in a sitting and standing position, to diversify the training process. Also, this design facilitates access to the simulator for people with disabilities.

The 7-inch backlit display shows the current interval workout and all the necessary indicators (time, heart rate, distance, resistance level, etc.), supports wireless chest straps. Air and reluctance can be easily adjusted during training using the rotary switches on the console. The console has 5 built-in workout programs. The console is powered by 2 AA batteries. This piece is a generator simulator that does not require connection to the mains, which makes it easy to service and can be installed in any part of the gym.

The frame of the trainer is made of a durable steel profile and covered with two layers of protective factory paint. The lower base plate gives the structure of the trainer additional stability. The non-slip rubber coating provides a secure platform for your workout. There is a bottle holder on the bottom of the frame.

Rope simulator:

The rope station can be used for basic exercises such as rope climbing and strength training by increasing resistance. Regular exercise helps to strengthen the muscles of the back, arms, shoulder girdle and chest, increase the endurance and strength of the athlete. You can also do cardio training on a rope trainer, adjusting the resistance level yourself. Such training is aimed at burning fat, strengthening the cardiovascular system. During training on a rope trainer, a continuous load is provided, while when training with a classic rope, it is necessary to reduce the rhythm during the descent. Thanks to the folding seat, exercises can be done both standing and sitting.

Top cable station with adjustable handles:

Used for exercises on the upper body, arms, shoulders, back muscles and abs. Thanks to several positions, it allows you to diversify exercises and maximally work out the pectoral muscles, deltas, arm muscles, upper pull, etc. 12 resistance levels make it possible to conduct intense interval and strength training. The station is equipped with a pair of rubberized rotating handles.

Lower Cable Station:

Used for biceps and triceps exercises, rowing and other types of rows. Thanks to the folding seat, exercises can be done both standing and sitting. 12 resistance levels allow for cardio and strength training. The station is equipped with a pair of rubberized rotating handles.
