– If you experience lag or difficulty writing smoothly, try restarting your device or closing other apps that may be affecting performance.
– If you encounter an app that allows screen navigation but not writing, check the app settings or confirm if it supports handwriting functions.

Steps for optimal performance:
– Before using the stylus on your device, make sure both the screen and the disc are clean. Dirt can reduce sensitivity and potentially scratch the screen.
– Although our stylus is designed not to cause scratches, we recommend using a screen protector for added protection against potential damage or scratches caused by dirt, damaged tips, or defective products.

FAQ 1, Both finger and stylus do not work:
– Check the app settings. For example, in Memo, enable the “Draw with finger” button. In Notability, select “Apple pencil: Disconnect.”
