Optimal Temperature: For a comfortable nasal wash, it’s recommended to use water close to body temperature, around 37C/98.6F. The kit is suitable for both adults and children, with the latter requiring adult supervision and a child-specific nasal wash tip.

xUsage Instructions: Prepare the saline solution in the bottle with 300ml of water at around 37C/98.6F and one pack of salt. Mix thoroughly. Invert the bottle, gently insert the tip into a nostril, and press the valve button to start the flow. Release the button to stop the flow.
