Ingredients –
Whole meal flour, splitpea, biltong

Instructions –
“50ml Water | 2 Eggs
Mixing Bowl | Wooden Spoon | Cookie Cutter | Baking Trays

1. Preheat oven to 190 C – NO thermo fan.
2. Line trays with greaseproof paper
3. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl & mix
4. Mix well – a dough ball will form.
5. Turn out onto floured surface & roll or press out to cm thick.
6. Cut with cookie cutter & place on baking trays until all dough is used.
7. Bake for 20 minutes.
8. Remove from oven, allow to cool for 2 minutes, then place on cooling rack to cool completely”
