How do i take the original weight-loss nut?

It is advisable to take the original weight-loss nut before bed, as it is more effective when you are asleep and relaxed. In the morning when you wake up and after having breakfast, start consuming water. We recommend that you consume a minimum of 2 liters of water a day, making sure to stay hydrated.

The nuts: start up by taking a 1/8 of the original weight-loss nut, so your body gradually assimilates the product. After 8 days of taking it, you can increase the portion to 1/4 of the original weight-loss nut. This allows your system to adapt to the product.

Drink it – crush the portion of the original weight-loss nut between 2 spoons (you will see the oil releasing), then put the crushed portion into a little bit of boiled water. Consume as hot as possible. . The hotter the water, the better. The product may taste bitter – a drop of lemon juice will help.

The capsules: take one capsule every second night for 4 days, from day 7, drink 1 capsule every night.

Never consume more than 1/4 of the original weight-loss nut or 1 capsule of the original weight-loss nut per day. There is no added nutritional benefit to consuming more and you will be wasting.

Remember it is your responsibility to follow instructions. All metabolisms are different and each person will achieve results according to their metabolism.
