DESCRIPTION
Turmeric is a health supplement with multiple healing and therapeutic properties. Turmeric has been known to help control blood sugar and cholesterol levels, ease pain and swelling, and guard against the formation of cancerous cells. We add black pepper as it contains piperine that helps to make to make turmeric more bioavaila ble.

DIRECTIONS
As a dietary supplement, adults should take two (2) capsules in the morning with food.

INGREDIENTS
Turmeric Extract, Black Pepper Extract (Piperine), Veggie Capsules. Each capsule contains 350mg.

Turmeric Extract: Turmeric has been used in India for thousands of years as both a spice and medicinal herb. Turmeric contains a compound called curcuminoids. The most important one is curcumin. Curcumin is said to have powerful anti-inflammatory effects and thought to be an antioxidant, thus being useful in assisting people with arthritis, inflammation and muscle soreness after exercise. It may assist people with diabetes and kidney health issues.
Black Pepper Extract (Piperine): It helps to consume Turmeric with black pepper, which contains piperine. Piperine is a natural substance that enhances the absorption of curcumin by 2000%.
Veggie Capsules: Made from pine-derived cellulose, they are preservative-free, GMO ingredient free, gluten-free, biodegradable, halal and kosher.
