Japanese-made and engineered CCAW coils help preserve detail. The Codex edition of the Crossfade 2 headphones supports the aptX, AAC, and SBC codecs. This is meant to provide audiophiles with the ability to receive higher-quality sound over Bluetooth with aptX and AAC, and increased wireless compatibility with SBC when aptX and AAC are not available.
