The big advantage of a battery-powered grass trimmer is that you no longer have to struggle with extension cords; just make sure the battery is charged and you can get straight to work. This edge trimmer has a large cutting/trimming diameter of 250 mm and is equipped with a double spool of no less than 8 meters (2x4m).

A word of advice

When trimming around hard objects (e.g. rocks or fence posts), it’s recommended to not leave the trimmer running constantly, but rather repeatedly switch it on/off in a pulsating manner. This way of operating reduces the rotation speed, which prevents the wire spool from wearing or breaking too quickly. Of course, the trimming quality remains the same!
