How to use There are two methods to apply it. Method 1--Mix neon pigment powder with the base coat, stir well, and use a nail brush to apply it on the nails,c ured with UV/LED lamps. Method 2--Apply base coat, cured UV/LED lamps. Then apply nail powder with sponge sticks, or use the neon powder as dipping powder. Last, apply top coat and cure with UV/LED lamps.
