The 1550Z102 Diecast Aluminium Enclosure is a compact, watertight housing solution engineered for demanding environments where durability and environmental protection are essential. With dimensions of 90 × 36 × 30 mm, this enclosure is ideal for protecting sensitive electronics in industrial, outdoor, or mobile applications.
Crafted from thick-wall diecast aluminium alloy, the 1550Z102 offers excellent rigidity and machinability, while its two-piece tongue and groove design provides superior dust and moisture sealing. It meets stringent IP66 and NEMA 1, 4, 4X, 12 & 13 standards, making it resistant to water ingress and corrosion, even in harsh conditions.
The vibra-finished unpainted surface ensures a smooth, burr-free enclosure with no sharp edges-ideal for applications requiring post-machining. The enclosure includes factory-tapped screw holes with stainless steel, Phillips-head, countersunk machine screws for secure, long-term closure. Screw access is positioned outside the gasketed area, eliminating the need for O-rings and improving environmental protection.
Please note: Unlike other sizes in the 1550Z series, the 1550Z102 is not wall-mountable via blind holes.
