Front and rear panels are made from 1.6 mm brushed aluminum with protective paper, combining professional aesthetics with sturdy support. The enclosure halves are fastened with M3 x 0.5" Phillips screws threaded into tapped brass bushings for a reliable, repeatable assembly process.
