• 1 Before submerging, check that the sealing ring is free of dust, hair and damage. Tighten the lock to ensure the seal is properly in place.
• 2 The maximum waterproof depth is limited to 30 meters. It is prohibited to use for deep-sea or prolonged ultra-deep diving.
• 3 After each underwater use, rinse the gaps of the shell with clean water, dry it thoroughly and then open the cover for storage.
• 4 Avoid bumping or scratching the waterproof gasket with sharp or hard objects. Any damage will render the waterproofing ineffective.
• 5 Do not use under high-temperature exposure, hot springs or hot water conditions. The rubber ring is prone to aging and may leak.
• Warranty Policy:
• A warranty service is provided for the normal use of the product within 6 months.
• Please note that we will not provide aftersales support in the following situations:
• 1 For product malfunctions or damages caused by abnormal operations such as user falls, water ingress, unauthorized disassembly/modification, using non-original chargers/accessories, or exceeding the rated power, etc., no after-sales warranty will be provided.
• 2 If the product exceeds the agreed warranty period, and there is no special written agreement, no after-sales repair services will be provided.
• 3 If the product appearance, packaging, accessories, or anti-counterfeiting marks are missing, damaged, altered, or have developed irreversible usage marks, the warranty will not be supported.
• 4 Product damage or malfunction caused by irresistible factors such as natural disasters, abnormal grid voltage, fires, and accidents will not be covered by after-sales warranty.
• 5 Standard consumables such as screen films and lens covers that have been torn off and used cannot be returned without quality defects.
