The matching AMT lids fit all pots and pans with the same diameter or size. The lid is made from tempered safety glass and is heat-resistant up to 240 C so it can be used in the oven as well. It has a steam-release vent for overflow protection, which keeps the lid from misting up and lets you see the cooking progress without losing moisture and nutrients. The AMT glass lids are dishwasher safe.
