Instructions for use:
Heat therapy - remove from the pouch and heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Place over the eye and temple area. Test temperature before use.
Cold therapy - place in a sealed bag and cool in freezer for 30 minutes to an hour. Place over the eye and temple area.
Do not reheat until product is completely cool.
Consult with medical practitioner for use during pregnancy

Outer satin cover is washable
If the linseed bag gets burnt in the microwave, alow to cool in a safe place and then dispose of it
