A western rider racing a horse around a barrel forms the main subject of this artwork. The energetic equestrian illustration connects naturally with an appreciation for barrel racing, horses and western riding.
The rider wears a brown cowboy hat, dark blue shirt and blue jeans while leaning with the movement of a muscular brown horse. The horse bends tightly around a dark weathered barrel, with its legs extended through loose rocks and clouds of tan dust. Black and brown paint-like splashes surround the action, while the complete visible quote FAST HORSES DUSTY DREAMS appears above and below in large black western-style lettering.
The printed mug brings the barrel racing horse, western rider and dusty action scene into everyday coffee or tea breaks.
