Directions for Use:
Internal Use (Adults Only - Diluted)
- This oil is extremely potent and must always be diluted
- Maximum recommended dose: Up to 4 drops mixed into 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, taken twice daily, followed by a glass of water
- Beginners should start with 1 drop and increase gradually as tolerated
- Heat sensation may occur
Topical Use (Diluted Only)
- For massage: Mix 5 drops oregano oil with 15 drops carrier oil (such as olive oil)
- For skin application: Dilute 5 drops in 1 teaspoon of olive oil before applying
