Prefilled Communion cups include a single portion serving of juice with a Communion wafer sealed in a separate compartment on top of the juice.

Each communion cup serving contains:
Juice: 6 ml sacramental juice element.
Bread: The bread element consist of a round unleavened bread (wafer) made without additives.
