The canopy is made from board stock and tissue paper.
It hangs from the ceiling (or anything high) and features a ball with a paper sign attached (to hang below it)
Further to the ball and sign there are 4 tissue paper garlands and 5 balloons
All this fits neatly packed into a cardstock folder that flips open and drops out when you hang it up.
(The balloons you will have to blow up and place where you want them)
The canopy looks great when placed over a gift or cake table or anywhere else that you would like to pin point as focus area
