What Are ClearEars Used For?
- To remove water trapped in the ear canal after swimming, showering, or bathing.
- Helps prevent ear infections like swimmer's ear by drying the ear.
- Especially useful for children, swimmers, divers, or people prone to ear moisture problems.
How to Use ClearEars Correctly:
- Wash your hands before handling the plugs to avoid introducing bacteria.
- Insert the plug gently into your ear - Just like a foam earplug:
Roll and compress the ClearEar into a thin shape.
Pull your ear up and back (for adults) to straighten the ear canal.
Gently insert the plug into your ear canal, not too deep-just enough for a snug fit. - Leave in place for 5-10 minutes - The special material draws water out of the ear canal during this time.
- Remove and discard - Gently twist and pull the earplug out and throw it away after one use.
Important Notes:
- Single-use only - They are not reusable.
- Not for noise blocking or swimming (they absorb water, not repel it).
- Don't use if you have a perforated eardrum, ear tubes, or recent ear surgery unless advised by a doctor.
