Operation Method
1. Open the battery cover, take off the insulating strip and put the cover again.
2. Press button ON/OFF to start temperature measurement.
3. Push C/ F to switch between C and F.
4. Press HOLD button to lock monitored temperature value.
5. Push the MAN/MIN button, the maximum and minimum value will be saved and displayed respectively. Pressing the key for 3 seconds, the saved value will be cleared.
6. Pushing ON/OFF button, will turn the power off.
