This beautiful and striking handcrafted piece features a large ring head (25 x 22 mm) that has been set with a natural earth-mined 8ct aquamarine oval cabochon. It has been claw set into the middle of the ring and framed by round-cut natural amethysts. The metal is solid sterling silver. The jeweller has added touches of yellow gold gild on the ring head, on the spacers between the claw settings; and dark gun metal to the base of the ring head and the shank. The ring is subtly dome-shaped, presenting the top of the aquamarine 12 mm above the finger. It is size 8 (Q in British and SA sizing) and weighs 13,1 grams. The ring is hallmarked 925 for sterling silver.
