How to Use FertilitySure Ovulation (LH) Test Strips
1. Determine the Right Testing Time
- Begin testing around the middle of your cycle (e.g., Day 10-12 for a 28-day cycle).
- Test at the same time each day, ideally between 10 AM and 8 PM.
2. Collect Your Sample
- Use a clean, dry container to collect urine.
- Reduce fluid intake two hours before testing for best accuracy.
3. Perform the Test
- Remove a test strip from its packaging.
- Dip it into the urine sample (arrow pointing downwards), not past the "MAX" line.
- Hold for 10-15 seconds, then lay it flat on a clean surface.
4. Read the Results
- Wait at least 5 minutes for lines to appear. For optimal results, wait closer to 10 minutes.
- Positive (LH Surge): Test line is as dark or darker than the control line likely to ovulate in 24-48 hours.
- Negative (No LH Surge): Test line is lighter or not visible continue testing daily.
