The media is telling you that you cannot afford a home. They say the world is working against you and preventing you from becoming a homeowner.

I say to do whatever it takes to purchase a home today. Yes, working 40 hours a week at your 9-5 probably won't make you a homeowner.

Instead, it will take a combination of a side hustle, passive income, renting a room, and working a second job to get you over the hump.

The most important part is that you AND your kids will need a home. Owning a home will determine whether your kids become rich or stay poor forever. Good Luck!
