How to use:
- After getting the product, tear open the adjustable Velcro on the waist and remove the PCM cooling blocks on both sides;
- Place the PCM cooling block completely in the basin and soak it for about 10 minutes;
- After soaking, take out the PCM cooling block, wipe off the excess water on the surface of the cooling block, and wear it to feel the coolness. It can be reused for 5 days;
- At night, you can put the soaked cooling block in the refrigerator to increase the cooling effect. You can continue to use it the next day without repeated soaking. (Note that it is refrigerated, not frozen!)
