Description
This traditional Japanese 2 piece sword set includes the 98cm long sword Katana and a wooden display stand.

Katana: A katana is a Japanese sword characterized by a curved, single-edged blade with a circular or squared guard and long grip to accommodate two hands. Developed later than the tachi, it was used by samurai in feudal Japan and worn with the edge facing upward.

Each Sato katana sword is hand forged in traditional Japanese technique. They all have cast tsuba handguards in the shape of two Japanese dragons, and the tsuka handles are finished in a traditional Japanese ito wrap. Each blade fits tightly into it's own matching sageo cord wrapped saya scabbard, and the set is accompanied with a beautiful black lacquered display stand.
