Electric skateboards are high-performance recreational products and may cause serious injury if used incorrectly.
Always wear a certified helmet, knee protection, elbow protection and wrist guards. New and inexperienced riders should begin using the lowest available speed setting and practise acceleration, turning and braking in a safe, open and traffic-free environment.
Do not ride in rain, through water, on wet surfaces, in heavy traffic or on roads where electric skateboards are prohibited. Avoid loose gravel, potholes, steep gradients and unsafe terrain.
