Our proofing basket made from natural Indonesian rattan cane, is designed to take your breadmaking to another level.

Comes with a liner, this basket can be used as a mould for your sourdough or as a basket for your bread.
This mould will leave lovely classic ridges in your sourdough and will leave your sourdough flipping out perfectly.
