Modern day re-telling of the classic Mark Twain novel. While visiting a local film studio in search of a job, teenager Tom Canty (Dylan Sprouse) accidentally meets popular teen actor Eddie Tutor (Cole Sprouse) and discovers they share an uncanny resemblance. As Eddie secretly longs to be an ordinary teen, they both decide to trade places for the afternoon. Events take a sudden turn for the worse however, when Eddie's film company decide to pack up and move on, with nobody believing the boys' stories.
