To find your ideal arm band size, wrap a soft tape measure snugly (but not tightly) around the midpoint of your upper arm - the exact spot where you plan to wear the band - and record the circumference in centimetres. Compare this measurement with our size chart. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the smaller band for a locked-in feel during high-impact activity or opt for the larger band if you prefer a bit more give. Measuring accurately ensures the armband stays secure and protects your sensor without any need for extra tape.
