What is Quma Antacid Suspension?

Imbiza Quma 100ml is an antacid suspension containing magnesium hydroxide and sodium benzoate. This formulation helps reduce the effects of heartburn and indigestion. Use as indicated.

How to use:

Children under 1 month: 2.5 ml (a half medicine measure) per dose.
1 to 6 months: 3.5 ml (three-quarter of a medicine measure) per dose.
6 months to 1 year: 5 ml (one medicine measure) per dose.
1 to 3 years: 7.5 ml (one and half medicine measures) per dose.
3 to 5 years: 10 ml (two medicine measures) per dose.
Not more than three to four times per 24 hour period.
Do not give this medicine to babies with a body mass of less than 2.5 kg.
Ingredients: Each 5ml contains

Magnesium hydroxide -106 mg.
Sodium benzoate (pres) -0.1 % m/v.
