Tastes delicious on its own, it's also great for experimenting with. Feel free to try with different toppings such as chopped green onion, soft boiled egg, mushrooms, bean sprouts, corn, kimchi, cabbage or spinach to turn it into a stir-fry. Sprinkle with Seaweed and Sesame seeds for an all-round authentic flavour.
