1.5kg powder + 3.5L water
Produces 5kg ready-to-use soft serve mix
Directions for Use
Gradually whisk contents of one 1.5kg bag into 3.5 litres of water.
Mix until completely dispersed and smooth.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Shake or whisk vigorously again before use.
Pour into soft serve machine and freeze as per machine instructions.
Prepared liquid mix must be used within 48 hours and kept refrigerated.
