- Open the shackle using your current valid combination, and keep the lock in the unlocked position. Confirm the Initial State
- Rotate the end of the shackle 90 degrees clockwise to the locking position. The dials will still be free to turn at this stage. Turn the lock head clockwise. Steps 1 & 2 in the image
- Turn the dials to align your desired new combination (e.g., 1-2-3-4) with the reference line. Set your new combination
- With your new combination still aligned, rotate the lock head 90 degrees counterclockwise back to its original position. Turn the lock head counterclockwise to reset Step 3 in the image
- Close the shackle and scramble the dials. Enter your new combination to confirm the lock opens correctly. Your password reset is now complete. Complete the reset and test your new code (Step 4 in the image)
