Unlike other filters, the Ceramic Filter in our system is reusable for up to 12 months (or approximately 5000L) with regular cleaning. The Multi-Stage Filter and Mineral Stone should be replaced annually to keep your water at its best.

Assembly is as simple as 1-2-3 (and a few more steps), and you can find a detailed guide in the user manual provided. And while we love efficiency, we'd rather you take your time during assembly, soaking your filters, rinsing thoroughly, and ensuring a snug fit. Installation Instructions:

Step 1: Remove packaging and soak all 3 filters in clean water for 30 minutes. Rinse off well before continuing.

Step 2: Install tap into bottom tank. Ensure that one o-ring is placed on the inside and one o-ring is placed on the outside. Check that tap is centered to prevent leaks.

Step 3: Place bottom tank on filter base.

Step 4: Place mineral stones filter into bottom tank.

Step 5: Install spacer ring.

Step 6: Install multi-stage filter cartridge into filter hanger.

Step 7: Place filter hanger assembly into spacer ring.

Step 8: Inspect ceramic filter for cracks or loose base. If damaged, bacteria will not be filtered out from the system and may run through the system too quickly, causing leaks.

Step 9: Install ceramic filter into top tank. Ensure that one o-ring is installed on the inside and outside of the tank before installing the nut. Very Important! Check that the filter is centered and that there are no gaps around the o-rings as this can cause water to leak past the ceramic filter.

Step 10: Place top tank onto spacer ring.

Step 11: Place lid onto top tank. Installation is now complete and the system is ready to use. We recommend running one tank of water through the system and discarding it before first use.

Troubleshooting

Q: Water is leaking from the filter unit.

• A: Unit is overfilled - Top tank filled while bottom tank more than 1/3 full.
• A: Ceramic filter is not properly centered as described in Step 9.
• A: Tap not centered as described in Step 2.
• A: Ceramic filter cracked/damaged.

Q: Water runs through very slowly.

• A: The filters have not been soaked/primed.
• A: The filter is gravity-feed, so it does take a few hours to filter through - this is normal.
