With 100cm × 100cm dimensions, these mats provide exactly one square metre of coverage per piece, simplifying area planning for home gyms, professional studios, and commercial facilities. The secure interlocking edges allow the training area to be easily expanded, reduced, or reconfigured to fit any layout.
