The Univa plug-in 3 plate stove has a static oven with concealed bottom element, has 3 position selector switch and thermostatically controlled grill spread heat evenly and at the correct temperature during the different functions. Oven temperature ranges from 50 degrees celcius to 250 degrees celcius and full airflow glass door allows for air to be pushed to the glass surface, keeping the outer door cool and not harmful to touch.
